Dean asked for ready made grocery lists where you can just click and add all the stuff to your shopping cart instantly! I have figured it out for Walmart! and Ill be adding it later today :) All feedback is appreciated!

Maybe healthy swaps for food we usually eat. Or maybe healthy eating out options
Congrats to Cherice!
Congrats to Cherice! She just won the $50 Bite Me Pre-Made Meal Draw! I will reach out to you and I will have a note at Bite Me here in town so you can come and pick out whatever you want :)

Congrats Cherice. I’ve had a few the meals and have enjoyed them. It’s a great convenience 😁
Keep It Simple!
Simplicity is everything! We want easy to make food that is good for you. Keeps you full longer. And helps lose weight! Best case? You find 3–5 “go-to meals” you can repeat and you love to eat? For me... Wraps (I use Naan bread) I roast a ton of veggies at once and have big ole bowls with chicken Protein Shakes Chicken Salad Boring? Maybe. Effective? 100%. Over the last 3 months I have lost 12.4 pounds of body fat :) And I am very happy with that! What’s one meal you could eat on repeat this week? 👇

I love big salads and chicken. I have been doing protein shakes in the morning with fruit. I try and keep it simple with meal prep on the weekends. I made a really good cheese burger bowl on the weekends which I will make again soon.
