Today's BBQ is a vegetarian dish that I loved in India. India has this veg bbq places and as a brazilian that sounded very strange for me. But I loved it, those guys know how to live well without meat. Paneer is a non-aged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with an acid, such as lemon juice or citric acid. It's usually seasoned with indian spices and grilled untill browned. It's delicious! And if you have any free time in this sunday, this is the last day to do some roasting and come out on top for Roaster of the Week tomorrow. @Dave Hughes and @Petr Ilic are very close to eachother but you can also win if you take some time to marathon roasts today. Let's grill!
