AI Won't Replace Real Estate Investors—But It Will Change the Winners
Artificial intelligence is transforming the real estate industry, but it will not replace successful investors; rather, it will enhance those who know how to leverage it. AI can assist in analyzing deals, identifying opportunities, automating marketing, and improving efficiency, but it cannot substitute for experience, relationships, negotiation skills, or disciplined decision-making. The investors poised to lead in the coming decade will be those who effectively combine advanced technology with strong underwriting, in-depth local market knowledge, and impeccable execution. Understanding how AI is reshaping the investment landscape is crucial, as the human advantage remains at the ultimate competitive edge. #ArtificialIntelligence #RealEstateInvesting #PropTech #BuiltLending https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/ai-wont-replace-real-estate-investorsbut-change-winners-scorese-iayhc

@Joseph V Scorese Agreed Joseph, AI has been a huge help on the underwriting side for my team, running comps faster and flagging things we'd otherwise spend hours digging through. But it still can't read a seller's situation or know when a deal that looks good on paper actually isn't. That part still comes down to experience and relationships.

@Joseph V Scorese Couldn't agree more Joseph. People feel your energy and connect with you because of it, not just because of how long they've known you. I try to put as much value out there as I can before ever asking for anything. Love giving value where I can, it always comes back around.
Wholesaler?
Does anyone here know of a good land wholesaler that works in/out of Texas? I am trying to engage with someone that is aggressive in searching for buildable land. Please DM me! Thank you all!

@Javier Gil Hey Javier, I come across land deals all the time. Are you a direct buyer? Shoot over your buy box (location, acreage, price range, zoning preferences) and I'll get you added to my list, then reach out whenever something matches.
Real Estate Development
Hello everyone, and thank you for welcoming me to the group. My background is in urban planning, community development, and real estate coordination, with interests in mixed-use, adaptive reuse, infill development, and neighborhood revitalization projects. I’m looking forward to connecting with developers, investors, and other professionals in the industry while continuing to expand my knowledge of real estate development and project financing. Excited to learn, collaborate, and grow with the community.

@Garrett Dickerson Welcome Garrett, that's a strong background to bring in. Infill and adaptive reuse projects usually need clean land and existing structures to pencil out. If you ever come across a deal that needs another set of eyes on the numbers, happy to help underwrite it. Look forward to seeing what you bring to the group.
