@Aj Santana Hello everyone — I am Javier R. Gil. I’m a U.S. Army veteran with ~20 years in the Department of Defense ecosystem, then transitioned into construction management after a long run in military/federal contracting. I’ve since served as a Program Manager for two builders, built my own track record in fix-and-flips, and over the last year my work has naturally evolved into development. I’m currently developing a tiny-home community in Texas and joined the Black Card program through Fund Launch to scale this model meaningfully. We’re also underwriting a separate ground-floor development opportunity with strong local teams in place for both Funds. Outside of work: I'm a Muay Thai, practitioner, former amateur strongman, and avid chess player. Looking forward to connecting with fund managers and investors here.
