Welcome to the Go Raw Club Community. I'm so happy you're ready to take ownership of your health and explore a more natural way of eating. Discovering the raw/fruitarian lifestyle changed my life, and I know it will change yours too! I have cleared my skin, completely healed my digestion, my sinus issues, chronic fatigue + much more. It can be a very lonely journey once you start embracing a raw food lifestyle, so this community is here to help you feel supported, understood, and motivated to stick with it. If you don't already know what to expect from raw foods, you're in for a treat! Some of the many benefits are age reversal, clear skin, improved digestion, increased energy and vitality, clearer thinking, more happiness, self-confidence, weight loss and hydration at a cellular level. I'm in love with this colour! It's so incredibly vibrant. Colour = LIFE!!! When you start eating more vibrant foods, you’ll start LOOKING and FEELING more vibrant! What you eat matters. You can’t expect to have radiant health, glowing skin and incredible energy if you are eating foods that are dehydrating, constipating, and void of life force. Bright, colourful, living foods are what bring energy and vitality back into your body and allow it to return to its natural state of health.
