I couldn’t manage my time very well so i procrastinated on posting videos for weeks at a time I felt like I was going nowhere. Doomed to a dead end job. That was until i discovered a 2 hr per day content strategy that changed everything The keys were: ✅ 1. Clarity: I created a simple outline of the youtube creation process that i could repeat easily. Title/Script, Thumbnail, record, edit, upload. By outlining a series of repeatable steps i made it easy to schedule my time and get my videos out in time ✅ 2. Imperfect action: By focusing on the essentials and ignoring all of the advanced advice on youtube (temporarily) I was able to move forward and actually finish videos. This led to me learning even faster by not thinking too hard about everything in the beginning. Please give yourself the freedom to test all of your crazy ideas in the beginning. These 2 ideas are what helped me monetize my first channel and it’s what will get my current channel monetized soon as well.
