What is the best daily habit you have for your mental health?
I'll go first...not drinking alcohol! For me, it leads to better sleep which leads to better mental clarity and a happier mood.

I love falling asleep to meditations. The morning workout is the part I need to incorporate. I saw this great flow chart about if you wake up and have slept well, workout. If you did not sleep well, wake up and stretch or something low-impact and mellow. Now to put in practice!

Movement Challenges are always fun! Incorporate one new move into your day or a new type of practice like Tai Chi or Qi Gong. I have been doing my own which is how I thought of the suggestion. I do push-ups every day using my bathroom countertop because I like the height. I have no goal as to how many other than to do some every day!

SO wild!!
It is so fascinating to me how in the meditations it says people will notice a change in you, etc. And I'm diligently working hard on awareness, and I just realized that I had TWO people do just that this weekend in person!! On Friday, when I faced fears and went out dancing by myself, the Uber driver made a comment about my positive energy and how it is inspiring him! ๐Ÿคฏ And then today at church, even though I'm feeling under the weather, a woman came up to me and said I just have to say, your aura is bright. ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ And no offense to my state but I live in Missouri haha. This is not exactly common.. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ So anyway, I feel like it is just more confirmation that I AM on the right path. I absolutely want to BE the love and light. And apparently it has had an effect on a couple people in a positive way, which absolutely delights me ๐Ÿฅฐ So grateful to be here!! Let's DO this ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ

Not common irl but especially church too! I have done over 800 Sleep meditations in the Peleton app and I notice I am less reactive and stay at a higher level view (usually).
