@James Prokop Wow
Daily devotion 1/24
“Let The Past Stay In The Past” ““Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.” ~ Isaiah 43:18 NIV How quickly time passes, we are now 24 days into the new year and many of us still have a sense of regret over things that happened in 2025. We all need to remember this: God is the God of the future. God does not want us to dwell on the past but to trust Him for the future. Take time today and meditate on Isaiah 43:18-19. Isaiah exhorted the captives in Babylon not to dwell on the past, including the sins that resulted in their captivity in Babylon. Instead, God told them that He was going to do a “new thing,” referring to their deliverance from Babylon. He would make a “road in the wilderness” to bring them home. This same God given principle applies to us all. We do not live in the past; we live in the present and look to the future for what God promised to do for all that believe in Him. As we all continue to prepare for the unseen of the year 2026, don’t dwell on the past. Believe that God has for you “a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11). “Trust the past to the mercy of God, the present to his love, and the future to his providence.” ~ Augustine “For no word from God will ever fail. ~ Luke 1:37 NIV Amen…

@James Prokop So James i have sent the strategies
Daily devotion 1/23
“We Must Now Come Together” “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” ~ Hebrews 10:23-25 NIV We really do need each other now! In a world that is retreating from face-to-face relationships our Heavenly Father calls us all to come together to share one another’s burden and encourage each other in the faith to pray for each other. We must pray for clarity of full understanding the message and mission of our Lord Jesus Christ. If the Internet was supposed to bring us together, then why are there so many people in the world feeling a greater sense of alienation and isolation today than in times past? Timothy Morgan wrote in an article called, Making Webheads Of Us All. So open your Bible and pray to our Holy Spirt, our gift from God for clarification before your start you start reading the voice of God. Start with read and meditate on John 12:28. The Bible tells us that God presented His “everlasting covenant” to man. God often referred to this covenant by calling it, “My Covenant”. This covenant was a means of reuniting man with God. “We must come together with one heart, one mind, one love and one determination.” ~ William Commanda “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” ~Ecclesiastes 4:12 NIV Amen…

@James Prokop Also can we discuss something that can develop our community?

@James Prokop Before I throw ideas at the wall what’s the one thing about your community that quietly bugs you right now? Low engagement, people joining but not talking, or conversations that start strong and die young?
