“Just Ask For Your Gift!” “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.” ~ Psalms 51:10-12 NIV It’s both thrilling and exciting discovering the gifts our Heavenly Father, God has given us and His instructions on using them. First we have to ask ourselves some very important questions about the gifts that God has given us and what we are asking for. God has distributed gifts, read and meditate on Matthew 25:15 and Ephesians 4:6-7. By gift we can mean any number of things from a specific talent in a visibly defined area to a character gift that is a constant means of ministry in the life of a believer. The point remains God has distributed gifts. This means that each believer is made with the potential to contribute to the work and ministry of the body of Jesus Christ. Our human attitude will determine how we use our gift. Read Matthew 25:16-18. The choice is simple. Investment or burial. Investment brings growth burial brings decay. It is quite simply a matter of choice. The choice to use what God has given us or the choice to ignore, hide or bury what God has given us. Some Christians cannot find their God given gift because it is buried under a hardened covering of indifference, greed, and apathy toward other human beings. The gift that is given for our Heavenly Father must be invested in others not ourselves. "Your talent is God's gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God". ~ Leo Buscaglia “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” ~ Romans 12:6-8 NIV

“It Takes Faith To Follow God” “By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.” ~ Hebrews 11:3 NIV Faith is only required when we do not see the fulfillment of a promise or the answer to a prayer. That is why the writer to the Hebrews said that faith is; “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV). We most often think of faith in terms of trusting our Heavenly Father the Creator for our short or long-term needs. But what about our faith when it comes to trusting God for His prophetic plans for this planet Earth? When this world pressures us to conform our lives to its values and standards, are our eyes of faith fixed on Jesus Christ, are we “sure and certain” on the fact that God will ultimately reward our faithfulness? Faithfulness, Paul wrote, is the main trait required of those who follow Jesus Christ and not the earthly man. Take a moment sometime today and meditate on the 11th chapter of Hebrews. As cultures around the world grow dark in these latter days of earth, let us remain “sure and certain” by our faith that God’s prophetic plans will be fulfilled. “If you lose faith, you lose all.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt “By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.” ~ Hebrews 11:7 NIV Amen…

“It’s Not Your Burdens To Carry” “Bel bows down, Nebo stoops low; their idols are borne by beasts of burden. The images that are carried about are burdensome, a burden for the weary. They stoop and bow down together; unable to rescue the burden, they themselves go off into captivity.” ~ Isaiah 46:1-2 NIV The prophet Isaiah sometimes referred to his messages as “burdens.” The Hebrew word means something that is heavy and must be carried and delivered. We should have a burden for the world, especially for the distribution and scattering of the message of the Gospel. Ask God to give you a renewed burden for the world. Ask Him to show you people who need your prayers and your time for their salvation, and let Him show you what you can do starting today. Satan is an unforgiving taskmaster. He loads his subjects with heavy yokes and sits on top them to stop them from moving toward our Heavenly Father. But remember that Jesus Christ is a burden bearer. He takes away the burden of His earthly children and carries and cares for our burdens. Take time today and meditate on 1 Peter 5:6-11 it is a clear message for us all to follow. The promises of God are true and in Isaiah 46:4, he made a staggering declaration: "I will be your God throughout your lifetime until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you." Our Heavenly Father will not only take away satanic burdens from your life if you accept his son Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, he will carry and care for you the rest of your life here on earth to eternity. “Not everything That weighs you down is yours To carry.” ~ Unknown “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ~ Matthew 11:30 NIV

Entrepreneurship Is a Faith Walk
One thing I’ve been learning on this business journey is that faith isn’t just something we talk about on Sundays… it shows up in how we handle uncertainty, delays, and even success. There are moments when things don’t move as fast as we want, doors don’t open when we expect, or plans don’t work out the way we imagined, And in those moments, trust becomes real. For me, entrepreneurship has been one of the biggest faith-walks God has ever taken me on. It’s stretched me, humbled me, and grown me in ways I didn’t expect. How has your faith influenced the way you approach business or your goals? Or has business challenged your faith in any way?
