What’s up everyone, I’m Danny Travis. I’m building Travis Home Group, a home-services company that I’m working to turn into something much bigger than just another contractor business. My background is hands-on — I’ve spent a lot of time in the field doing the work myself. Now the goal is to build the systems, team, relationships and structure that allow the business to grow without everything depending on me. Has anybody started experimenting with voice AI models for inbound/outbound sales and customer service? Like most of you I’m sure you’ve seen demo videos and I’ve played around with them a bit personally but haven’t shipped it in my business at all. Seems to be getting closer. Just curious to hear what the room says about this since I know offshore sales teams seem to be the route for a few of you here.
