🤔 Niche vs No Niche (Your Most Important Decision)
Should you niche down and possibly limit yourself from getting more clients, or should you be a generalist and not be perceived as an expert in any field? This is the first and arguably the most important decision you'll make for your web design business. The one thing you should NEVER do is be a complete generalist. Meaning offering any type of web design service to any type of business with any tool. - You wouldn't bring your Ferrari to a general mechanic who works on Fords or Toyotas) Not only will you overwhelm yourself but you'll be fighting for low paying clients. A niche doesn't have to mean "Dentists" or "Roofing Companies". It can also mean being a "Webflow Expert" which would be the tool you use. Or it can be "Highly Converting Landing Pages" which would be the service. But niching down in any way will be VITAL to charging more for your service as (and this is important), you'll be able to offer more VALUE to your clients! With that in mind I would love to know 👇 (tell me in the comments) 1️⃣ What niche have you chosen 2️⃣ Why did you choose that niche P.S. If you're struggling to choose a niche let me know in the comments and I'll try and help you! P.P.S I'll be covering Niches in more detail in the FULL MINI COURSE releasing next week on YouTube with a complete Step-By-Step Document! P.P.P.S You can also check out this video where I go over how you can find your ideal Niche: #4. Niche Selection

Anyone know how to track conversions?
Does anyone hear have suggestions on how to track conversions on a site? I know the fundamentals for the conversion design but unsure how to track? Is Google tag any good? Can I track my clients conversion rates on my own account?

@Benjamin Davis do you know if I can track multiple sites at the same time with my tag manager? Or add tags to my clients sites that link to my tag manager so I can view conversions?

👀 Let's see your Agency Websites 👇
As Web Designers we need to have a website (I don't care what other people or gurus say - If a web designer doesn't have a website, then how'd you expect a client to trust that you can actually design and build a website). Let's see them in the comments 🔥

How do I convert from Figma to Framer?
I've been looking into the different options and I think that using Figma and Framer together is best for me. However, I don't really understand the process. Should I only do the design in Figma and then make it responsive and animate in Framer. Or should I do everything in Figma and just copy paste it using a plugin? I'm a complete beginner to making websites and don't understand how this works. If someone could explain the process to me I would be so thankful🙏

@Anton Eklund Wireframes are like the "skeleton" or rough drafts of the final design. It's the layout without the final content and visuals. Honestly to learn, You don't need to buy any course. There's tons of great info on web design on Youtube. The fastest way to learn is go to Pinterest, Behance or Dribbble and choose a few designs you really like and copy them either on Figma or Framer. This will help you figure out how other designers made those designs and slowly find your style along the way. Youtube will be your friend and create designs as much as you can to learn fast.
