WordPress user hacking?
My WordPress site apparently has close to 2k users, none of which I've created, all of which seem to be created to hack into my site. (Screenshot attached. Just found this today.) Has anybody had this problem before? Or do you have any advice for me?

@Matt Giaro 2nd this. They can monitor and block things like this. I ended up just blocking Russia and Belarus. One fix suggested to me was turning sign-up forms into a 2-step with a button to open the form. Tends to do the trick.
