Great video. BW tricep extensions are a great one, especially with a more steep angle they are seriously hard!
5 Minute Full Body Warm Up!
You can do this anywhere, at anytime. Before a workout, or for a quick morning routine to feel more awake! Do exercises in a circuit style, going from one exercise to the next, for 3 rounds to complete the 3 sets of each. Enjoy!
