@Susan Haller hi Susan! I will post some standing exercises next week! Id always recommend physical therapy to my clients if getting on/off the floor is difficult. In the mean time, standing knee touches are great to start with. Standing tall with arms overhead (or as close as you can get them to overhead), lift one leg off the floor with knee bent and bring hand of opposite side down to tap the knee, then return leg to floor and arm overhead. Alternate sides if possible. This helps with right brain-left brain connection, which is what we utilize for walking patterns and will enhance balance and stability.
