Advice? Casting? Manager? Talent Agency?
Anyone have connections and contacts with local or Worldwide Casting director/supporting staff, Talent Agency/agents/Scouts, and Venues of any kind? I'm Up and coming Comedian with disabilities and I have my pitch ready for a meeting with anybody that can help me to get on my forever career pathway and get me in front of the right people that hold media credentials/influence/positions/and power. I also dabble in the art of advocacy and public speaking for others facing struggles in life such as disabilities and other diagnosable conditions like mental health, hardships, and other Elements of life. I will work by doing on stage gigs and shows in exchange for personal reviews online, press publicity, for a trade off. My situation is a low income and low poverty type individual that's why I would like to ask for assistance with any travel cost

Putting out comedy energy in the audience
I went to see a clown show today in a space I have never been in. I didn’t know anybody in the theatre, never heard of the clown. It was in Spanish, a language I am proficient but not fluent in. But it was 7 bucks, i somehow found it, and I was like what the heck. I sat in the middle of the room in the first row of chairs (there was some floor seating on cushions as well) It was a one woman clown show, and started off really strong, but devolved a little when she got half the audience to sing one song, and half to sing the other. i am sitting in the middle of the room, but somehow I get called onto sing a solo (!), get picked on two or three more times, and yeah, I got pulled onto the stage one more time. At the end of the show she thanked me for playing along, and said, “Well, you are clearly a performer…”. I was happy to do so, but that’s not why I was there. Do you guys often get picked to be a volunteer by people who don’t know you are a performer? If you are picking, are you looking for someone to pick that’s funny? Do you have a criteria for picking?
