Luis fixed my bot!! Woohoo! But I have one more issue to fix. When domains are loaded into GHL, the www is automatically added. However, you can only edit the root. (when you click on the dots beside the www, the only option is to Delete) So I set up the page that I want botonthespot.ai to land on. (This page was actually supposed to be the demo but I liked it better so built it out) This page replaced the first page I was building.... It works beautifully on desktop, but on mobile, it still lands on the old page. How do I change that if I can't edit the www on the domain?

He rebuilt my prompt making it super clear and he pulled the company info off and put it in a doc to load. But I think the main issue was that I had multiple GHL chat widget automations published. So even though the webhooks were not active, it was causing confusion for my bot. He built a new automation and turned the others off.

Luis fixed my bot (from the video 2 weeks ago) and the prompts were quite different than what I had. I am really looking forward to seeing his process!

@Russ Ward I was in 4.o. I changed it and it is doing the same thing. I works perfectly in Playground so something is messed up in the communication transfer after that. It answers correctly on what it does answer but takes 3 minutes to answer. I don't know workflows enough to troubleshoot. I would like to post my bot in response to the guy that commented on my brag about you to show him that we are movin in this group :)

@Russ Ward Luis has it right now. He's working on 4.o. Let me see what happens when he reworks it. If I still have the issue I'll let you know.
