Tesa/Ipa MCAS/Histamine Flare
I’m about 3 weeks in my tesa/ipa cycle and I’m questioning if this is a good fit. I already had some psoriasis on my scalp and now I’m in a full blown flare. My skin is itching again but only on my neck and mid back. And the past 2 days I’ve woken up feeling puffy. My fingers are swollen and I feel it in my face, arms and legs. I’ve also had super low energy and don’t want to get out of bed since taking this. Thoughts? Drop my dose or just go off of it all together? I haven’t really seen any major benefits to being on it. Maybe I just answered my own question lol but I have a whole other vial left! The $ 😩 I’m also on Tirz, KLOW and oral BPC and KPV. No reactions to those until I added tesa/ipa.

@Sabrina Serna no they don’t have a titration schedule unless you have a virtual consultation. I did that with tirzepatide that I got from them. I kind of used my own judgment with it from there. I probably should’ve done the same with the Tesa/ipa blend but I jumped right in with the recommended dose. I didn’t titrate with the KLOW blend and was fine on that. I got that from the Peptique. I did drop down to 10 units for last nights injection. I wasn’t as puffy this morning and it subsided pretty quickly once I was up and moving. I also have to factor in where I’m at in my cycle too. I’m 4 days away from my period and that tends to stir things up for me too. So many variables so I don’t want to blame the tesa/ipa completely. I think it just added to what I already had going on. And I should’ve started it at a lower dose knowing the potential side effects and what the peptide does.

@Sabrina Serna I appreciate it! I definitely don’t want an ER visit for sure! I’ll absolutely keep an eye on things. If I keep having reactions or it escalates I plan to stop this one. Thank you for your help!
Oral KPV
Does oral KPV exist? Would love to combine this with oral BPC-157 for gut inflammation.

Hi! I’m Danielle! 45 yrs old, mom of 3 boys- 24, 18, and 15. I have a step daughter who is 13. Retired hairdresser and massage therapist. Currently assisting my boyfriend with his restaurants with HR/admin/marketing but I miss the realms of health, wellness and movement so much! I’ve been contemplating my “next” career steps and I think it may involve women’s health and peptides! My personal health journey and those of my children have lead me into alternative health and wellness progressively. I’m currently on HRT and peptides myself. I’m loving this arena of the industry! So curious and ready to learn more!
