Friday wins! 👏
One of the greatest wins in healing is learning how to respond differently instead of repeating old survival patterns. Maybe this week you: • Paused before reacting • Spoke kindly to yourself • Asked for help • Took care of your nervous system • Let yourself rest without guilt Those are healing wins worth celebrating. 📖 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” — Bible Isaiah 43:18-19 God is doing a new thing in you, even if the process feels messy sometimes. Don’t overlook the small changes. Small repeated choices create lasting healing over time. You are learning how to live from peace instead of survival mode. 💛 👇 What’s one healthy change you’ve noticed in yourself recently?

My husband has been acting like my dad this past week which has been a huge trigger for me since my dad emotionally & mentally abused me my whole childhood. I’ve been able to respond gently to my husband instead of jumping off the deep end!

@Melanie Chavez it’s only by the grace of God because I’ve been so triggered for five days!
Self Care 🙏🏻
Self-care is not selfish. It’s stewardship. So many women have spent years pouring into everyone else while completely neglecting their own emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. But healing requires learning how to care for yourself the way God cares for you — with gentleness, compassion, and grace. 📖 “Love your neighbor as yourself.” — Bible Mark 12:31 You cannot continuously pour from an empty, emotionally exhausted place and expect your nervous system to stay healthy. 💛 Self-Care Tip for Today: Create a peaceful reset moment for yourself today: • Put your phone down for 15 minutes • Play worship music • Take deep breaths • Sit with God in silence • Drink water slowly and intentionally • Remind yourself: “I do not have to rush my healing.” Small moments of peace help teach your body safety again. 🌿 👇 What’s one simple thing you’re doing for yourself today?

Gratitude 🙏🏻
Gratitude shifts the nervous system 🌿 Trauma trains the brain to scan for danger. Gratitude gently retrains it to notice safety. Today, let’s practice small thankfulness. Not the big polished stuff. The tiny, ordinary gifts. I’m thankful for: • A quiet moment this morning Now it’s your turn 🤍 Comment 1 small thing you’re thankful for today. 📖 “Give thanks in all circumstances…” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Thankful Thursday 🙏🏻
Even in the middle of healing, there is always something to thank God for. Gratitude doesn’t ignore the pain — it strengthens us in it. ❤️ Today, pause long enough to notice one blessing God has placed right in front of you. ✨ Share below: What is one thing—big or small—that you’re grateful for today?
