It’s okay to calm down. 👉 Take two short inhales through your nose (the second one slightly smaller) 👉 Exhale slowly through your mouth like a sigh Repeat this 2-3 times. 🌸 Feeling It This Morning… Can You Relate? 🌸
Today, I woke up feeling a little disconnected, and honestly, bloated. 😔 Lately, with too many projects on my plate, I’ve been reaching for quick, easy meals instead of the nourishing ones my body loves. This morning, I’m feeling the effects of that… my jeans are tight, and the voice of self-judgment crept in. I looked in the mirror and saw the signs of aging staring back at me. Part of me thought, “I’m not ready for this." My heart and spirit feel young, but today my body feels slow, heavy, and just… tired. So, instead of spiraling, I’m choosing to slow down today. I’m only focusing on 3 priorities for work. And for my health, I’m committing to: 1️⃣ Hydrating with water (at least two full bottles before the day ends) 2️⃣ Taking a 20-minute walk in my neighborhood to clear my mind 3️⃣ Ending my day with 10 minutes of gentle stretching to release tension before bed 💛 Your turn — have you ever felt this way too?What small thing helps you when you’re feeling “off”? 👉 Please share in the comments - you never know who else your words will help today. 🌿
