🌸 Feeling It This Morning… Can You Relate? 🌸
Today, I woke up feeling a little disconnected, and honestly, bloated. 😔 Lately, with too many projects on my plate, I’ve been reaching for quick, easy meals instead of the nourishing ones my body loves. This morning, I’m feeling the effects of that… my jeans are tight, and the voice of self-judgment crept in. I looked in the mirror and saw the signs of aging staring back at me. Part of me thought, “I’m not ready for this." My heart and spirit feel young, but today my body feels slow, heavy, and just… tired. So, instead of spiraling, I’m choosing to slow down today. I’m only focusing on 3 priorities for work.
