Current struggles?
What is the biggest thing you’re struggling with today? Or lately? I’ll go first. For me, it’s been letting go of certain things that are out of my control. It brings about fear unconsciously even though I consciously know everything will be okay. Anytime it comes up, I sit with it, breathe through it and remind myself I am safe. It’s been less and less each day as new neural pathways are strengthening which is a nice sign of progress.

Maybe I’m fused with thoughts and feelings? I’m supposed to feel my feelings, but that comes from thoughts. Am I supposed to not think the thought, like ignore it, and change gears?

Thank you ! 🙏 Looking forward to it.
The “I am” statement
The “I am” statement can limit healing by fusing a disease or disorder to your core identity, making it feel permanent and part of who you are—like saying “I am anxious” or “I am depressed.” This reinforces a story of brokenness, submitting you to the condition and blocking your ability to move past it, as it claims ownership and weighs you down. Instead, reframe it as a temporary state: “I’m experiencing anxiety right now.” This sounds almost obnoxious and extra but if you feel the need to say something at all, reframing it in a way that detaches it from your identity is a key step in the right direction. It allows you to observe it objectively, let go of resistance, and open space for healing, recognizing you’re already whole at a deeper level. As we know, our thoughts, our words, they’re powerful. In practice, this fosters neuroplasticity, rewiring the brain to support recovery through affirming wholeness. For chronic conditions, acceptance doesn’t mean resignation—it empowers proactive steps. The biggest statement to claim and empower yourself is Ultimately, embody “I am whole,” drop the labels, and trust your body’s innate balance. Thoughts or feelings, or even questions! I’m here for it! 🥹🫶🏻🙌🏻

I am work on that: ‘I’m experiencing…’ Not always easy to catch myself. But it’s a start.

Late night thoughts
I recently had someone ask me how to move past the feeling of feeling completely lost. What I can say for certain is that it is completely normal and everyone feels them. It’s ultimately how you choose to look at them and handle them. I believe they’re the quiet we all prayed for- the peace we craved when life was go go go and then boom there it is. We cannot control when it comes. And if you’re dysregulated, your nervous system will freak out because it’s wired for fight or flight. So doing nothing during these quiet moments feels like you’re failing, and then you feel lost. What I did was rewire my brain to be at ease during these times. To enjoy them, to be grateful. This helped regulate my nervous system during those moments. Ideas can flow in, creativity sparks, answers you’ve been searching for finally comes through. I made the decision to stop calling it “lost” and to see it as a limiting belief allowed me to then see it as freedom to just be. It took time building those new neural pathways but it is possible to go from feeling lost to actually enjoy peace and the freedom of just being.

It’s kind of funny, or maybe just the divine signaling/confirming the path…. but I was just thinking about Neuroplasticity, the brain, etc…, and I opened this app and started reading this post. I’m so stuck on fight or flight, I think my system may be frozen on the sympathetic system, and honestly I need help. Thank you! 😊
Introducing myself!
My name is Michelle! I’m 31, I currently live in FL taking care of my 91 yo grandmother full time! I work online as a Quantum coach, an intuitive healer! I teach people how to regulate their nervous system, heal from traumas, rewire their brain through neuroplasticity using several techniques I’ve learned over the years. My goal is to create a community here for those who aren’t ready or cannot afford the 1:1 coaching because that was once me too and I searched everywhere for ways to heal that I could afford. So I understand and I’m excited to be here to share everything I’ve learned and have taught others to the best of my ability! Things I’ve practiced and learned over the years of trial and error- lifestyle changes, blood work analysis through a holistic lens, changing my job, changing my environment, mindset work, boundary setting, herbs, EDMR, HMT, NLP, hypnosis, regression, other group communities online, books, studying quantum mechanics, neuroscience, bloodwork, and other courses, CBT, DBT, breath work, yoga, reiki, sound healing, biofeedback. You name it, I’ve tried it, learned about it and integrated it into my life. I take all of what I learned and integrate it into my 1:1 sessions. Each session I never know where we’ll go, my intuition and the clients subconscious mind guides us on what to heal and how to do it. Prior to starting my online business, I was a pediatric nurse for 8 years. I worked with children with behavioral issues or very chronically ill. It was extremely rewarding but ultimately led to my burn out. As I learned and grew, giving medications to the children just ate away at me when I leaned other ways or other possibilities. I always educated parents to the best of my ability but it ultimately became too much and I left. I know everyone has to do what’s best for their families and what they can afford as I know all to well, these alternative options are typically not cheap and not covered by insurance (typical😭). Anyways, I do not have children myself but I am very diverse in the area, many areas. 🫶🏻

Thank you for sharing, Michelle. 🙏❤️ This is so raw and real, and it’s beautiful. I don’t mean the pain, but the beauty of vulnerability! I’m impressed with your work and knowledge, and can’t wait to continue reading your posts. Appreciate it! 🫂💜
Neuroplasticity
Hey all! I wanted to talk about neuroplasticity and the importance of understanding it. It’s your brain’s ability to physically change its own wiring at any age. Every repeated thought, emotion, habit or experience strengthens or weakens connections between neurons. That’s how old fear/anxiety/survival loops get locked in… and how new safety, calm and freedom pathways get built. The key thing to know and understand of all of this- You’re constantly building a new one, whether you’re aware of it or not with your everyday thoughts/ feelings. Taking the time to show up for yourself each and everyday to be aware of how you think and feel, breathe through the negative, send it love and gratitude because we have to love all parts of ourselves and then switch it to something positive, reframe it. Doing this daily strengthens neural pathways and within a week you’ll find it easier to shift into positive thoughts and feelings. It will require actual work and feel difficult at first because your body is wired and used to the opposite so naturally it will feel more comfortable to go there and give into those thoughts and feelings. It does get easier. Anyone can do it! ✨❤️🧠 Let me know your thoughts or any questions!

100% .. You couldn’t have put it any clearer! I see my repetitive behaviors, thoughts and feelings. It’s just been challenging to step out of it. To actually change it.
