@Atomu Watanabe on the back of Terry’s idea. Could this information with short animations or videos be made into a phone app for easy reference on a golf course
Journey to Aus PGA
Team I’m teeing off at 1140 tomorrow to pre qualify into the BMW Aus PGA at Brisbane golf club. There are about 3 spots for 80 players It’s been over 10years since I’ve played the course and I chose not to have a practice round. So I have been watching Ron Chopper play the course to get some insights and refresh my memory. Technology is awesome where you can map out the course and find out where the trouble is reduce the blow out holes. Which means everything else is a green light and attack. My plan is to play in three hole increments at 1under. And focus on my routine every shot. Thanks for your support @Shaun McIntosh @Alicia Watanabe

How to create an effortless swing
This has been a game changer for myself and golfers around me. If you want to simplify your technique try this. If you want a gym program to support your swing try this. Let me know how you go. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DB-DezEtpf8/?igsh=dmVkaTRyeWI1bTlx

*UPDATE* Today I achieved a club speed milestone of 133.5 mph
- Warm-up Routine - Mobility Exercises - Swing Speed Training After struggling with persistent lower back pain for several months, I realised that my daily activities and my passion for golf were being significantly impacted. The discomfort not only affected my game but also made simple tasks feel daunting. I knew I needed to take action, so I decided to seek professional help, back in March I reached out to my coach @Atomu Watanabe and he recommended and introduced me to Billy a golf physiotherapist. From our very first session, it was clear that this was the right decision. The physiotherapist took the time to understand my specific challenges and tailored a program that focused on extending my range of motion, increasing flexibility, and building core strength. With each session, I noticed remarkable improvements. The targeted exercises not only alleviated my pain but also enhanced my overall performance on the golf course. Now, I feel more agile and capable, both in my game and in my everyday life. Seeking help from a golf physiotherapist was a game-changer for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this specialised approach to anyone facing similar issues. I have attached some really helpful information that may be beneficial to others.
