After struggling with persistent lower back pain for several months, I realised that my daily activities and my passion for golf were being significantly impacted. The discomfort not only affected my game but also made simple tasks feel daunting. I knew I needed to take action, so I decided to seek professional help, back in March I reached out to my coach and he recommended and introduced me to Billy a golf physiotherapist.
From our very first session, it was clear that this was the right decision. The physiotherapist took the time to understand my specific challenges and tailored a program that focused on extending my range of motion, increasing flexibility, and building core strength. With each session, I noticed remarkable improvements. The targeted exercises not only alleviated my pain but also enhanced my overall performance on the golf course.
Now, I feel more agile and capable, both in my game and in my everyday life. Seeking help from a golf physiotherapist was a game-changer for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this specialised approach to anyone facing similar issues.
I have attached some really helpful information that may be beneficial to others.
