Im working on a DNB remix for a reggae track which is 98bpm (158bpm double time) turning it into 174 DNB track. What’s a preferred way for Time stretching the vocals? I’m using abletons complex pro. Which I think sounds ok. But I want to preserve the vocals the best way before I process with delays / reverbs etc to avoid artefacts. Ive tried slicing manually but it will need a lot of editing to preserve the rhythm of the vocal and there are harmony’s to edit as well. I’m thinking slicing is probably the best option, But long! If slicing, any tips for doing for the good results? I also have melodyne, but haven’t looked at that yet. Any thoughts much appreciated. :)

Turns out I've been exporting without master effects on for like the past year or so

Recently delivered Donks (Klubbheads) and Sandy Organ (Make The World Go Round). We already had the House Organ (Korg M1) and Elec Organ (CZ-1000), plus the classic Tx81z bass patches (Solid, Lately). I've always wanted to try Android by The Prodigy... What next? What else? 🤔

Got this double single I started before my hiatus but feel like it's in a great place now and want to get it out. Wanted to see what u all think of where they are at. Heyyy, anyone know why there is a difference in the slope between span and q2 and which is correct? - span looks like it’s sloped down to the highs and q2 does not! Maybe it’s a setting in span but I can’t find it 😂 Ty
