Can’t find videos of Tiger breath and

Hey guys! A few days ago I unlocked instruction videos of what I think was 3 different breathing techniques. One of them (iaf I remember correctly) was ”tiger breath” and Rhen two more. Does somebody know where I can find them??🙃

Day 4: Round: 1: 1.03 2: 1.18 3: 1.30 4: 1.40 Didnt make 2min this time..a little disapointed but, I did notice my pulse was different in the morning after 2 glasses of Cava yesterday eveningđŸ„ł

Hey everybody! I’m Daniel, just joined the 7 day challenge and hope to gain deeper knowledge and experience of my own breath, breath holding and maybe different breathing techniques. I’m super interested in and passionate about the various ways we can use our breath to influence our body, mind, spirit and hope to be able to learn more so I can maybe pay it forward in the future using it in my work as an Osteopath and leading Men’s groups.
