Sorry I’m late :) 1. 4/5 2. 1 meal missed just had a protein shake and some berries. 3. No 4. Yes 5. Pumped out a full 5 days off training also did 5 days of heat and cold therapy. 6. Pain hahahaha 7. Keep being consistent and turning up :) 8.

Hi Everyone, 👋 We start TODAY! 🥳 Please find the "Classroom" tab to access the learning material for training, nutrition and weekly focus for THE SHRED ZONE. Your training programs have been uploaded to your MyWellness accounts and the weekly focus will outline what you will be prioritising for each week for the next 4 weeks. 🌟 We start today, so our first check-in will be next week on a Tuesday.
