I can't name a dream city yet but I'm thinking a turnkey. I have so much renovation to get done this year, man a turnkey sounds great! 😄

Intro
Hi everyone, I'm Daniel, Fire Captain at LA County Fire. I have been investing in real estate only the last couple years, acquiring 4 out of state properties. I am intending to do renovation on a couple of them and hope to also add another property this year. I'm looking forward to learning from others experiences as well as sharing wins and losses of my own.

My properties are in St Louis and Memphis. I am open to looking at a new market but I would also just as easily buy a another in the ones I am already in.
