I Need a Voice Agent (ASAP)
I'm working with an Agency that has 3 potential prospects, 2 in HVAC and one in Dentistry, And they need to show a demo, I need an Voice Agent that sounds the most Human like, it shouldnt have that robotic Voice, and sound like how GPT's Voice Assistant sounds like, and their is some backend automation that goes with it. Its destined that out of those 3 meetings, 1 will be closed... and for that you will be looking at $400 in commission and $800/m role if you would be up for it.

Pricing Help
So my parents AC system broke down and need to replace it so i contacted someone near me that i had done business with and he will be doing the installation tomorrow. Now the question is how much should i charge him for a website i build for him since i noticed he didint have one just a google page. I build the a simple site for free since he is doing good by my parents. How much should i charge if he wants to move forward and do the full page setup

Hey, what’s up guys! I just got off the phone with a potential lead that needs help with his new HVAC marketing company That they plan on launching January 1st. They want to integrate go high-level, zapier, callrail and many other tools. I have a call with him next Wednesday at 4 PM PST. I am not experienced in this industry however I am open to joint venturing this opportunity with someone that is. More and more I meet similar offers Linkedin/Freelancer sites. With some irrational expectations and demands. They haven't indicated yet that you also deliver food to them. Who works in the HR sector today?

Haha i used to be in HR. To be honest, they might have used a template to make that job post and didn't really think about removing the years of experience. ALSO, they tend to keep the years of experience high so it acts as a deterrent from low level applicants from applying... the only people that apply are those who really think they have the skill to perform EVEN if they don't have 10 years experience. Someone with 3 years experience could definitely get hired if they have the confidence and portfolio to back it up. (Nate really harps on this in the plus community which is really helpful)

@Holly T 100% agree. Sometimes the choice of words makes a huge difference. Templates used to be "yesterday's" automation option lol Remember when we used to duplicate google docs in zapier with fillable placeholders... that's probably what happened here.
