Apex acknowledged a Tradovate issue from yesterday
Happy Friday, traders! For those of you who have an Apex Tradovate account(s), and if you traded yesterday, Thursday September 4th, and if you hit your take profit line on a trade but the trade didn't close, resulting in a loss: You can open a help ticket with Apex, and they'll reset your affected account(s) to the start-of-day balance. I am not sure if they can do this for a blown EA account, but they will reset EA and PA balances to the start-of-day Thursday balance. (Reminder: This is specifically for Apex Tradovate accounts).
