This is just messed up. My best friend who has massive heart issues had a big scare yesterday and they thought for sure he was going to pass away. I told one of my carriers that I will have to take off and if anythng gets messed up for this emergency I will take care of it. Well I made a mistake and forgot to finalize a small load for 1K. When I found out I called the carrier and told him, I made a mistake. He was driving in the same direction towards home and got so pissed at me he disrespected me like I was a red headed step child. I stopped him and said Look I told you up front that my friend might die today. I was still doing my job and I booked everyone out except this carrier. He was going to punch me out, beat me up all this crap. I told him to knock it off and we made amends yesterday and all was good. Today he started the same stuff. I started on him at 5am this morning. I had a load and a good one but he decided to take off and he was no where around this load. I had to cancel it. SO I went out front and booked another with him still driving down the road. We missed that one too when the RC finally came over he was 50 miles past this load as well. He then texted me and it is 9:30, I got 4 hours into finding him another load at this point having to cancel 4 loads cause he would NOT pull over. So after his text to me being so dang rude and disrespectful. I called him he started to go off again. I said look, you are fired. I made him good money too while he was here. 7k + weeks in 4 days. The first week I did $7050.00 in 2.5 Days. He was in shock. RPM with DH is still really good $3.42 per mile that is ALL miles the DH was always minimal. I told him you are just too difficult to please. I am NOT one of your kids or wife, you don't talk down to me. I told him you messed up cause NOBODY will put up with your shenanigans and YOU just lost the best dispatcher in your career.. I told him good luck with that. He will be immediately off the insurance off Highway and anything else he is tied too with us.

Quick update — I’ll be officially filing my LLC Monday and opening a business bank account right after. Got my business name, domain, and email set up, and I’m looking to build my website. I’m planning a 7-page professional site with a driver/dashboard setup and possibly adding merch later on as another income stream. Trying to see what’s actually working in the dispatching/logistics industry. What website builder do you use for your dispatching business?

I am trying to send email from my name-cheap email and I can send from it. But still can’t receive any insight on this??
