Hello everyone! I have a parcel under contract in a great location in Regina Saskatchewan. Looking like we might need a bridge loan to get us from the tail end of this land use redesignation to construction. Curious if we have any brokers in this space or alternate/private lenders as I know land vacant land is often seen as risky. Conditions depend on land use going through and after redesignation there is a 32% value increase on the parcel from cost to value (appraisal available).

Can someone please explain to me where the GST exemption is applied on purpose built rental projects? Trying to find where it lands in my profoma, if it’s only hard costs, if I have to pay but get reimbursed etc. Thanks in advance!
