I have a parcel under contract in a great location in Regina Saskatchewan. Looking like we might need a bridge loan to get us from the tail end of this land use redesignation to construction. Curious if we have any brokers in this space or alternate/private lenders as I know land vacant land is often seen as risky.
Conditions depend on land use going through and after redesignation there is a 32% value increase on the parcel from cost to value (appraisal available).
