Instagram Outreach Feedback

Hi everyone, I've been doing outreach on Instagram with the Bait and Switch technique. Although I'm receiving responses at first, once I switch to presenting my offer, people don't respond or simply tell me they're not interested. Even when I point out certain problems on their site and offer visual evidence of how I can correct them, they still hesitate or remain silent. I don't know what I could be doing wrong. Any suggestions or advice would be most welcome. Thanks!

@Trey Stickler Man i did this as well, created free mockups and offered upfront value with expecting nothing. yet all is get is a BIG NO its just frustrating. Maybe i should change the niche? any advice.

Need help optimising website for mobile

Finished my website but it looks trash on mobile devices. I read i have to use the @media tag in html but its gonna take ages to convert the whole site. Any tips?
