If you thought fentanyl was the worst of the opioid crisis, you need to know what is happening RIGHT NOW. A powerful synthetic opioid called CYCHLORPHINE is appearing in America's illegal drug supply, and what health officials are discovering is absolutely terrifying. This substance is estimated to be up to TEN TIMES MORE POTENT THAN FENTANYL. It can shut down someone's breathing, it may be hiding in drugs they never expected to contain opioids, and standard fentanyl test strips WILL NOT detect it. Please note that every ST3 staff is off on vacation from April 17th 2026 returning on Tuesday April 28th.
