hi Crystal, so I finished two courses. I sent an email asking for the certificate. I haven’t heard back from anyone and I haven’t received the certificate. What am I missing? I purchased ethics and boundaries still getting through that. But I will need a certificate for that once I’m done. I just want to know the proper protocol for forgetting the certificates. If you could please let me know I would appreciate that thank you so much.
