Available Now! Yoga Nidra for Complete Rest ✧☽
When I was in San Pancho, Mexico, I got into a little routine. SHARE your morning routine below! Wake up before sunrise. Walk down to the ocean with @Laura Rose Sit with the waves for a while before the world woke up. One morning, I realized… this would be the perfect sound for a Yoga Nidra. So I recorded the waves you hear in the Pisces practice (in the Pisces season... like come on how perfect) right there at dawn. There’s something about the rhythm of the ocean that just naturally slows the nervous system down. It reminds us that we don’t have to fix or figure out everything… We can simply observe the tides moving through. Very VERY Pisces.... hey @Thomas Scheppat and @Arno Koch !? The little prayer I placed into this practice is simple: that you feel complete and whole just as you are. If you listen, come back and tell me how it lands for you. And if you feel like giving it a little love on YouTube (comment + like), that tiny gesture really does help the practice reach more people who might need it. Also… send it to your ocean lover firends and Pisces humans 🐟 Nova Nidra Supporters | Listen Here Free Members | YouTube

7-Days to Re-Align
over the next seven days, I’m going to be taking some time to rest & restore and would love your insights, but first, a little update. i was invited, somewhat last minute, to guide a yoga nidra practice at a beautiful women’s retreat. with everything moving through my heart lately, it felt like A FULL-BODY soul-aligned ā€˜YES’. while i’m there, i’ll be turning inward. listening. gathering inspiration. allowing space for what wants to emerge next for this community and beyond. you may not hear from me quite as much over the next few days. and i trust you. this space continues because you continue. in the meantime, i gently suggest revisiting the seven-day REST & RESTORE chakra series. move through it slowly. choose the one that calls to you. or begin again from the root and journey upward. and here’s something i’d love to invite… If you were to attend a retreat designed exactly for you… what would it include? more silence? nature walks? deep conversation? long yoga nidras? nervous system workshops? journaling by candlelight? share with me below. i’m listening šŸ˜‰šŸ˜‰ Connect with you all again soon!

Enjoy your time away, Ayla ā¤ļø For me, a perfect retreat would include a lot of silence, gentle Yoga or movement, a couple of Yoga nidra sessions a day, meditation, time in nature or by the water to ground, journaling sessions, and healthy organic food. A gentle routine with some free time to integrate and relax 🌟

Let's see! I am feeling called to tap into the collective for the next VIP Recording! I would love to record something special for you tomorrow. Part of my process is burning sage to clear the space, followed by palo santo to set intention before each recording session. I would love to know which season you're in and what you are exploring internally... SHARE BELOW What would support you this month? AND what length of Nidra would you enjoy to rest with the most!?

NEW Nidra | Capricorn Energy šŸ’š
I’m sharing a new Yoga Nidra with you today, created for those moments when life asks us to pause and reassess what we’re carrying. This practice is inspired by Capricorn and The Ruler. It’s a space to soften effort, calm the nervous system, and gently release the weight of roles, responsibilities, and expectations that no longer belong to you. This Nidra is for: • deep rest and nervous system regulation • burnout and over-responsibility • reassessing what truly brings you life and joy • remembering who you are underneath it all You don’t need to think your way through this one. Just let the body rest and do what it knows how to do. If you feel called, listen when you can rest fully, or just before sleep. And if you notice anything shift, soften, or surface, you’re warmly invited to share here. Your reflections are always welcome. Rest well. Be well, ✧☽ Ayla Nova UPGRADE and Become Premium + VIP Supporter | Listen HERE Standard Members | Listen HERE SHARE | What did you feel yourself release?

I've just done it. Wonderful! Thank you 🫶
A Little Confession...
Some of you have noticed that I’ve been quieter than usual in here lately. I want you to know it isn’t because I don’t care or that I’ve drifted away. I’m still here. I’ve just hit a bit of a wall… and I’ve felt really stuck and unsure of how to share or move forward. This past week brought everything into the light and it’s asked me to surrender. This is a vulnerable and transparent share for me, but the past few months? years? have held me in a wave of depression that I’ve been trying to ā€œmanageā€ rather than actually feel for quite some time. And strangely… letting myself stop fighting it has felt more liberating than anything I’ve done in years. I’ve been ignoring it, minimizing it, over-promising, masking it expertly, freezing, dissociating and bypassing this huge truth that, now that I am finally looking at it directly, BEFRIENDING it even, it's become the very thing that opened the cathartic release I’ve been craving. Hope Abides!! The clouds are parting! The fog is lifting! The sunrise is breaking over the horizon! Hallelujah! šŸ˜šŸ™ŒšŸŒ» Of course, Yoga Nidra has been the one practice I keep returning to. Some days, it's been the only thing that lets my body unclench… that gives my mind permission to stop negotiating with itself. I wanted to share this because we often talk about Nidra as a tool for rest, clarity, calm… but it’s also a companion for the darker, quieter passages. The ones we don’t (or can't) always name out loud (yet). I know many of you can relate. So, if you’ve ever walked through a similar season and are willing to share.. I’d truly love to hear from you: What helped you? What supported you? Is there a Nidra, ritual, or small practice that carried you through? I’m feeling very seen, loved, and supported through this new revelation, so don’t worry — this isn’t a cry for help, other than wanting to learn from those of you who’ve walked this path before. But I did want to name my absence, let you know I’m still here and extend my hand. Community holds us not only in our good, open seasons, but also in the real work of befriending the parts of ourselves we tend to turn away from. And I know that’s what we’ve built here.. so truly, thank you.

Hi Cat, thank you for your words. Reading them felt like a bit of a reflection of my own experience. For about a year, I've been struggling with a certain degree of depression and anxiety. Sometimes so strong that it shook me hard, but mostly quite subtle. Just a lack of energy and motivation, and getting upset by many little things that would usually not bother me. I became so used to that state that it became part of me. Yoga Nidra helped me to rest and gave me a break from my constantly agitated mind. I also withdrew from many of my friends and my social life because I simply didn't have the energy for anything beyond surviving the day. What really helped me in the end was accepting myself in that state without blaming or shaming. One sentence stuck with me: it's okay to be myself, just like I am now. It's OK not to be OK. Acceptance. After repeating this to myself, I woke up the next day and noticed something had shifted. I felt lighter, more energetic, and more positive. Since then, it's been easier for me to ride the waves of my mind. Thank you for sharing, Cat. You're not alone šŸŒ™šŸ
