It’s about understanding your capacity, correcting the record, and learning what has always belonged to you. Again.. you already are who God created you to be. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Status Correction is about knowledge, understanding, and correcting the record… What’s on the record matters… Study!! Learn!! NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS 101
A negotiable instrument is a written and signed promise or order to pay a definite amount of money. At its core, every negotiable instrument contains several key elements… it must be in writing, signed by the maker or drawer, contain an unconditional promise or order to pay, state a fixed amount of money, be payable on demand or at a definite time, and generally be payable to a specific payee, bearer, or order. Understanding these elements helps distinguish negotiable instruments from ordinary contracts, invoices, receipts, and agreements. Common types of negotiable instruments include Promissory Notes, Drafts (Bills of Exchange), Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Certified Checks, and Certificates of Deposit (CDs). A Promissory Note is a promise to pay. A Draft is an order directing another party to pay. A Check is a type of draft drawn on a bank account. A Cashier’s Check is issued and guaranteed by a bank. A Certified Check is a personal check that the bank has verified and certified that funds are available. A Certificate of Deposit is a bank’s written acknowledgment that funds have been deposited and will be repaid according to its terms. When studying negotiable instruments, it is important to understand the roles involved: the Maker creates a note, the Drawer issues a draft or check, the Drawee is the party directed to pay, the Payee is the recipient of payment, and the Holder is the one in possession of the instrument who is entitled to enforce it. These instruments have played a major role in commerce for centuries because they allow obligations and payments to be documented, transferred, presented, and settled in a standardized manner. Study the image carefully and learn the structure of each instrument, because once you understand the basic elements, you can quickly identify whether a document is a negotiable instrument or simply another type of commercial paper. 🎓 COURSE LINK:👇🏾 https://www.skool.com/prosperity-trust-credit-5528/classroom/5f5737c4

Status Change and Benefits
Happy Friday Family! Does anyone know when changing our status would it affect receiving Veteran Benefits and If so, what should I file or put on the record, so it won't affect the benefits

Happy Sunday 🙏🏾 From my understanding and study, I don’t believe a man or woman becomes “new” through what people call status correction. The Creator already made you who you are from the beginning. What many are really doing is correcting the record, clarifying capacity, and separating the living soul from the commercial/public identity attached to commerce and benefits. A lot of people overcomplicate this. Public and private operate differently. In the public side of commerce, there are presumptions tied to the ALL CAPS NAME and contractual systems. If nothing is clarified on the record, there can be assumptions made that you are acting only in a debtor capacity or that you require others to manage commercial affairs for you. That’s why many people in the private side focus heavily on honor, affidavits, notices, records, and lawful conduct. Conduct matters.. Paper trail matters.. Understanding commerce matters. As far as Veteran Benefits go, from my understanding, benefits generally would not automatically stop simply because someone studies status, private capacity, trusts, or correcting records. Benefits are usually tied to the public/commercial profile and existing agreements already in place.

Unless someone starts revoking contracts, changing tax relationships, or sending notices affecting those agreements, there typically would not be an immediate interruption just from learning or documenting private standing. At the end of the day, wisdom is key brother. Move carefully tho and study deeply... Please Don’t rush into filing random paperwork you don’t fully inner stand my guy. Make sure anything you do is done with clarity, honor, and full knowledge of what it affects... Much love, Study first though and Move second. 📚🔥
