**BIG WIN!**
I had a carrier that I signed on for a Hot Shot that is still with me. His MC Holder at that time was all over the place. The contract is already signed months ago for 10%. When I worked with him he was all scattered. He called me and said I cant do it like this anymore. He has 4 Trucks. I said I will work with you and handle everything so you just drive. He has a bunch of loads that don't factor because he never ran them and checked if they do factor. He is currently using RTS. Anyway I am setting him up at Loves. I already use their system and they are good. I get paid on all loads that I dispatch for. I find out before booking if the broker will factor. If they don't I pass on the load. IF they just don't show with a good score I can get them spot approved right online fast. Also he lost his direct shipper contract because of ELD Compliance. No warning Fired. So I set him up with HOS 24/7 for all ELD's. Loves Factoring in the works. Google Delegated Emails. Highway set up and Log rock for instant COI's. I will have access to it all and I mean, it all so he can be successful. I tried to sell him on my services before but he balked on the whole thing and has lost all kinds of $. Well I am here to get him straight and back in the Black. This account is 4 Dry Vans. This account is worth 40k per truck per month easily. 40K x 4.3= $172, 000.00 of loads x 10%= $17200.00 or more per month. I would say that is a BIG WIN.

Signed my first Carrier!
I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)

Intro
Hi, I’m A hotshot driver! Hi my name is Dalton Long. I live in Houston, TX and I plan on making $5K per month, that's a good starting point for me, dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. I desire to learn how the business works. 2. I want to learn how to scale a dispatching company. 3. I desire to network with other new & seasoned dispatchers. For fun I like to do these 3 things: Learning guitar, listening to Jazz, and I have a passion for driving.

New to the trucking industry. Just got my CDL from a community college not enough experience to acquire a driving position.
