I’m on MotsC at the moment and am cycling 5mg 3 times per week. I’ve only been on it for 3 weeks. The only thing I have noticed is that I have more energy during workouts at the gym and my body temperature rises by a degree or 2 for about 1-2 hours. Guess I’ll find out in 4 weeks how it all goes.
I am a very very busy women in late 40’s and my sleep and energy sucks. My goal is to wake up feeling refreshed and have some sustained energy throughout the day!! Suggestions of what is working for you
@Jessica Alderson I’m only speaking from my own experience. I was a poor sleeper with 4 hours most night. My sleep improved dramatically when I added tesamorelin for reducing visceral fat. But after the first 2 weeks sleep in improved to 7 hours of refreshing sleep. This is a direct result of growth hormone. Some GH might assist.
