Hi all I currently work in IT in help desk and I know I’ll be aging out at some point. Like others I know that real estate is the way to lasting financial freedom and independence to get my time back to help my wife with her health issues. Looking at commercial re and wholesaling to see which is better or if they are complimentary to each other
