Hello soul family!! Well...when you initially posted this, Robyn, I thought...I'm doing pretty good! I'm very much in the present moment, no complaints here. And then...someone who doesn't know me very well at all got upset with me yesterday and its been keeping my mind hashing and rehashing the situation. I jump in and out of it and observe myself doing it... I jump in to the "I shoulda's". A reading today reminded me that every situation is just right for my potential growth, so I am practicing gratitude for this unexpected teacher. I thought I was so over this thought pattern of mine, lol. I appreciated your question of the quality of attention so that primed me to be observant when this challenge came. Its uncomfortable as I feel the feels...and I'm leaning into that.
