1st deal under contract
Just want to send a shoutout to Paul as I got my first deal under contract in just 14 days!! I’ve learned how to comp properties correctly and I’ve gotten extremely comfortable at speaking to agents and negotiating offer prices!! Hey Everyone! My name is Daedrick Cail and I’m from Arkansas! I just finished my division one collegiate baseball career at Arkansas State University and in a couple weeks could potentially be getting to the MLB! I’m here trying to create wealth and not rely on one source of income. I’m currently working a 9-5 at a sports performance facility to help athletes reach their full potential and I plan on continuing that until I at least get comfortable wholesaling on my own and making healthy profits. I am new to wholesaling but throughout college I’ve been doing my due diligence and researching and taking notes a ton. I’ve connected with a lot of people on Facebook and watched a ton of YouTube and TikTok videos to learn as well and I would love to now connect with each on of you! I’m currently just trying to find motivated sellers and I’m looking for help on the best and fastest way to do that! Thank you guys for having me!
