Well, it was only a matter of time, but ChatGPT is no longer allowing custom GPT's to be created and shared with the individual plans. BUT, we have a workaround which I have attached. While I am all about living in reality, sometimes you just wanna get away. So choose your destination and have ChatGPT create your City in a Bottle. Mine is in the comments :-)

I am super excited to have the conversation Tuesday. 👉Navigating the midlife stuff we don't talk about and need to discuss! 👈 We'll be talking about the lethargy, overwhelm, uncertainty and how it plays into every aspect of your life. Seemingly suddenly you are in a new place with job upset ("I'm too young to retire.", "I'm done with this career, but what's next?" Or "Where is my business going?"), kids gone (if you have kids), parents aging/ailing, relationship bumps all while navigating the hormones. Everything from "What am I saying and why can't I stop that from coming out of my mouth???" moments to the new and vivid visions and dreams ("I think I'm going crazy!") and unsettled feeling that there is more feeling.... But I don't know what that is. On top of it all, are you stuck in patterns and loops, repeating the same patterns over and over? In relationships? Unhealthy habits? Self sabotage? Perfectionism?
