Hey @Christopher Gallegos , first off, love what you’re doing and the work you put out. There’s really no fluff you’re actually one of the few people I’ve seen that really gives out the sauce. I’ve been watching your YouTube videos for a while and I’ve learned a lot from them. I’ve been wholesaling and have closed 3 deals so far (not much). I started off cold calling, then recently got my last two deals through SMS with Smarter Contact. Right now, I’m mainly trying to learn how to scale and become more consistent. I’ve been looking into the Genesis program and wanted to see if that’s something you guys really help with scaling lead gen, building better systems, improving follow up, and ultimately getting more consistent deals every month. I’d definitely be interested in learning from you guys. Just wanted to get your thoughts on whether Genesis would be a good fit for where I’m at right now.

Does anyone here use any SMS apps they could recommend? I'm looking for some comparisons to one I'm thinking about using. Its $50 a month, $30 to get A2P approved and super cheap at 1.5 cents an outbound only SMS text. But I'm kinda not sure what to compare it to. They are pretty new and geared towards wholesalers, so they have awesome support and they're building features mostly towards real estate but I'm new to it. Anyone recommend anything else they trust?

Has anyone had this problem on a novation. Look to double close on B-C. Inspections are this week and lender for B-C wants a copy of the A-B. The title company does double closings. But today my realtor that has the novation listed is telling me the lender for the buyer we have in place is asking for the A-B agreement. Should I send the agreement with purchase price redacted?

Now I want to build the full thing. I've got new ideas, new energy but that level of operation requires a different kind of community than what we've had. Thoughts have been getting more locked in and creative with this community. P.S. I’ve been gathering some preliminary data, and it’s been pretty eye-opening. In roughly a year, members of this community have collectively closed over $400,000 in deals from a group of only about 20 people. That’s not from me hopping on seller calls, running acquisitions, or doing the work for anyone. That’s simply from providing guidance, frameworks, accountability, and then having members go out and execute. I’m not sure how much longer Genesis will be available at $197/month, so if you’ve been thinking about getting more involved, now is probably the time to get grandfathered in.
