I wanna play a game
Let’s try this little exercise: Take a look at Edward’s vs Dos Anjos. How does Edward’s deal with Dos Anjos pressure? @Marley Yalley @Valentino Kovac @Cengiz Özer @Filip Lernå And of course any one else! (Filip you have to wait to answer because we already discussed this)

Yeah so what Edwars does good against Dos anjos heavy pressure is 1. A lot of footwork moving side ways not backing backwards and using stance switches 2. Using the jabb and the feints 3. When dos anjos does come close Edwars does good job with timing in the clinch what helps him get away from the pressure and gets him the takedown sometimes and 1 round helps Edward’s time in the double under hooks and gets the takedown what does stop the pressure from dos anjos. 4. And trying to be first with strikes 5. Timing, composure and a lot of patience 6. Every time dos anjos does miss strikes while pressuring Edwars is using it to get away from the cage or just use it counter with strikes or clinch 7. Edward use a lot of clinch Maybe I’m wrong but yeah that’s my conclusion and summary of the fight 😅

Super happy to introduce one of the brightest and most creative minds in grappling/mma! @Malachy Friedman and me have been friends ever since we meet at a UFC event in Brazil way back. We been helping each other to grow for years. Some of the stuff we been working on years back is slowly coming in to MMA now. I have learned a ton from Malachy and I’m sure you guys will to!
