Come Over To YouTube. Closing this Community
Hey friends, this sounds way sadder than it is. But I’ll close this community on Skool. Not because I think it doesn’t make sense. I don’t see how Skool makes sense for the type of community I want. YouTube is WAY more aligned with what makes most sense to me and most of you guys. So come over to my YouTube channel. Will upload my course onto there as well as update a few lessons. Subscribe and hit the bell icon via the link below. https://youtube.com/@canersoez I will close this community by May 5th. See you there :) Can

@Luc G appreciate your feedback brother. You can always ask your questions via the comment section on YouTube. Or via DMs on LinkedIn, X or IG. For some reason it’s the exact same format as in Skool too. Gonna be a very solid alternative! Just make sure you’re subscribed (+ clicked the bell icon) to get notified for new videos.

@Karim Ghaddar appreciate you brother. Far from over. Will be putting my focus on YT. That’s the main reason I am closing this thing. Just splits focus. YT gonna be mad.
Lifetime of a domain & Lead Magent
Hey guys, I just watched the video Q&A with Anthony, it was very valuable. During the call, something was mentioned about domain health that I didn't quite understand. It was mentioned that if done properly, a domain could last around 3 months. I'm new to email marketing, so I wanted to ask—is it normal to switch domains every 3 months? What’s the typical lifespan of a domain used for cold email? Second, in one of Can's YouTube videos, he showed the 50-prospect lead magnet. I wanted to create something similar for the HVAC niche. So my question is: how did Can get the 50 prospects list, and do you have any advice on how to build it for the local biz niche. Thanks Gs

Hey man, been pretty held up with client work. In cold email it’s pretty common to burn a domain every few months. So you always need to get new domains every now and then. As for the prospect list: I got them from ListKit.

Does that answer your questions?
Re-engagement
Hey Can. Saw your recent newsletter. A question popped up: If I approach people who are on re-engagement with the winning scripts of the campaign. Is it better to show them that I already contacted them some time ago. "Reaching out again"/"I guess I had bad timing last time" or Do I make sure they don't even remember that I reached out? I know, it is such a small nuance but I genuinely think this plays a big role when it comes to copywriting.

I understand the question but you are fine doing both. The main thing is just reaching out again. No need to feel bad about it if you offer something that is actually of use.
Welcome Friends [2 Action Items]
Okay we're slowly but surely growing (awesome). If you have any friends or colleagues who might benefit from this feel free to shill the group. Working on the course right now. Going to make it paid afterwards. Mainly to keep the quality high of this group. Checked through Skool and I found a whole bunch of communities that are open and the quality of questions are terrrrrrible. People are not serious about this stuff at all. Not in this group though. ➡️ So two things: 1) Introduce yourselves! We're going to spend a lot of time helping out one another. Knowing who you are speaking to is always great. 2) Ask your most pertinent questions about cold emailing AND/OR content marketing systems right below this post and I'll happily help you out. This can also be a lesson suggestion. It's going to be awesome. Talk soon, Can (Bonus P.S. As a promise to you to keep up the quality of this group, I'll not be hesitant to kick anyone that doesn't contribute. I want this group to be full of selfishly selfless business owners that help each other get to the next level.)

First post & Feedback
Hello everyone, Happy to be here. I've recently followed a lot of email courses, but I really like this one. Simple, up-to-date, and advice from someone who does it. Most of the courses I've watched were out of date and not doing it themselves. Just wanted to say thank you for the incredible value in the Email Mastery course, it’s honestly crazy that it’s free. I followed your course and wrote my email. For context, I sell marketing services to HVAC businesses. I would appreciate some feedback on it.
