🔥Forge Discussion🔥 - The Habits That Make or Break a Man
I’ve learned that who you become is shaped by what you do daily, the small habits that either make you stronger or keep you stuck. For a long time, I had some terrible habits holding me back. I’d stay up late scrolling on my phone, wake up groggy, skip workouts, and let my mornings slip away. It wasn’t until I got intentional about my routines that I started seeing real changes. One of the biggest shifts? Replacing weak habits with powerful ones. Instead of staying up late watching random videos, I made a rule, no screens an hour before bed. I started reading before sleep instead of scrolling, and just that one change made my mornings feel completely different. Instead of hitting snooze and rolling out of bed last minute, I committed to waking up earlier than I needed to. That extra time gave me space to think, plan, and actually set the tone for my day. Instead of skipping workouts because I was tired, I made training non-negotiable. No matter how I felt, I showed up. And the more consistent I was, the easier it became, because my identity shifted from “I should workout” to “I’m the kind of man who never skips workouts.” And the biggest one? Cutting out mindless distractions, doomscrolling, useless drama, wasting hours doing things that didn’t move me forward. 1️⃣ What’s one habit you’ve built that has completely changed your life? 2️⃣ What’s one habit you had to cut to finally level up?

Video games... played for a very short period, a couple of months only. It was keeping me up late as I enjoyed it as well. Realized this is addictive and gave away the equipment.
Set the Tone for the Week
The way you start your week sets the tone for everything that follows. Are you waking up with a clear mission, or just going through the motions? Drop one thing in the comments that you must get done this week to move forward. No fluff, no excuses, just one clear, intentional action. Let’s hold each other accountable. What’s your priority this week?

Time Is Running Out
This may sound dark, but I remind myself often that one day, my parents won’t be here. It’s a hard truth, but it pushes me to call them, visit them, and make the most of the time we have together. This isn’t just something I do, it’s a Stoic practice. Memento Mori reminds us that nothing is permanent. The great Stoics understood this truth and used it as a reason to appreciate life, not fear it. Who in your life do you need to spend more time with? Who deserves to hear from you today? Call them. Visit them. Strengthen the relationships that matter, before time runs out.

That would be my 84yr old father who is not in the best of health. We keep in regular contact and I will be flying home this summer to see him.
The Standard You Set 👑
The kind of woman you attract is a direct reflection of the man you are. Too many men focus on finding the right woman instead of becoming the kind of man a high-value woman is drawn to. Do your habits, mindset, and discipline align with the type of woman you want? (Clarity) Are you leading your life with confidence and purpose? (Action) Are you setting standards—or just accepting whatever comes your way? (Discipline) Which area do you need to improve most to attract a high-value woman?

I'm focused on keeping the one I have. So this doesn't apply to me. But, I love the fact that we are discussing it. This adds real value to this platform. Thanks Cody
