In a shaker bottle, add the cold water, protein powder, and sugar-free Jello powder. Shake well until fully combined, then set aside. 2. In a small bowl, add the hot water. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and whisk continuously until completely dissolved. 3. Immediately pour the gelatin mixture into the shaker bottle. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until fully combined. 4. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute to allow excess bubbles to settle. 5. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds. 6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Larger molds may require additional time. 7. Once firm, remove from molds and enjoy.
