These Land Flipping Facebook groups are getting crazy...This morning I saw somebody asking people to cashapp him $1 to gain access to some software (which looked exactly like ReGrid). People were going nuts and sending him money left and right. Seems like VERY few people in these groups are interested in learning the land business. They just want the "shiny/cheap/fast software" to do it all for them. Then when they get the software, they don't know what to do with it LOL. Anybody else have any comical things they've seen in land flipping FB groups?
