Saturday stretch
You almost didn’t do it. Let’s be honest. Your comfort zone was louder than your courage this morning. But you did it anyway. Today… I stepped out. I performed an Irish Step dance. Not perfect. @Laurie Mishmash I never heard of it but a quick search on line gives a clue what it is about. 👀Unilateral stretching is a technique where you focus on stretching one side of your body at a time www.americansportandfitness.com . While bilateral stretching involves both limbs working together (like a standard seated forward fold), unilateral stretching isolates a single limb (like a single-leg hamstring stretch)

@Laurie Mishmash Jusst read about this challenge! Sounds like a plan! At age 78, my young son encourages me to walk, exercise and drink plenty of water! So I will start April 18, 2026 and accept the challenge: at least 15 minutes of sunshine here in the SF Bay area will be easy! Thanks for the idea!🤩
