Closing Down...
Sometimes... my heart gets ahead of my head. And my head ain't nothing to brag about. 😜 I spend most of my time answering phone calls and helping vendors. Most of my time is inside https://vendorsunited.com (my favorite place) - and I simply have not had time to devote as much time here... as it needs. I hope you can understand. I'll be shutting this down in a few days. You can still reach me by text at 865.446.0660 - Facebook - (inside VendorsUnited) & Youtube. Happy Happy Holidays & Much Love! ~ Ben

Ben, I am really sorry you can't keep this platform open. I have gotten good advice from you and other followers. Curtis

What type of onions are y’all using for chopped? White, yellow, sweet, Vidalia?

I chop red onion, I haven't had a customer ask for any other type.
Swiggle or Straight?
How do people put mustard or ketchup on a hotdog? Do you swiggle it in a zig zag pattern or do you do a straight line on the dog?

What is the image you are trying to provide for your customer as you sale them your Hot Dog. I believe your presentation is very important, fast food or great tasting food with an amazing appearance.
Weekend of November 15th
Weather was not the greatest this weekend in northwest Virginia. Cool and threat of rain so sales were slow on Saturday. Then Sunday , forecast strong wind. Early Sunday morning (0300) I looked out at my flag, it was straight out from the flag pole. I checked the hourly forecast, current windspeed 13mph. The forecast went on up to 21mph with gust to 31mph. The weather man did not lie!
Winter! Portable heaters
Hi! So I’m looking to get a portable heater for my trailer. It’s a 6x10 enclosed trailer and I live in Illinois. Main need is for when not using trailer right now. So I would also need to have a portable battery station? Trailer is not located on my property so I am unable to just plug in the portable heater it in somewhere. Anyone have a suggestion on what kind of portable heater I would need to keep my equipment from freezing? That would help to also choice a power station.

Run RV Antifreeze through the system. When you setup flush the system with fresh water. It doesn't take alit of time, and it is a lot better than having to replace a water heater.

I retired 4 months before I turned 79. I bought my Big Dog, permitted it and setup at the Shen-Valley Flea Market near Double Toll Gate in Virginia.
