🔥 ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-IN 🔥 "CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?"
"Can You Believe That?" It's a simple phrase. But it can change your life. Most people say, "Can you believe that?" after something negative happens. They use it to complain, criticize, or reinforce disappointment. Champions use the same phrase differently. ✅ "I accomplished a goal I once thought was impossible. Can you believe that?" ✅ "I stayed consistent all week. Can you believe that?" ✅ "I used to struggle with confidence, and now I'm leading others. Can you believe that?" ✅ "A few years ago, I only dreamed about this life. Can you believe that?" Your words shape your beliefs. Your beliefs shape your actions. Your actions shape your destiny. This week, begin speaking with expectation instead of limitation. Look for victories. Celebrate progress. Express wonder. Don't be afraid to acknowledge how far you've come. Because one day you'll look back and say: "I used to dream about the life I'm living now... Can you believe that?" 👇 Accountability Check-In: 1️⃣ What is one win from last week? 2️⃣ What is one goal you're committed to accomplishing this week? 3️⃣ Fill in the blank: "If I remain faithful and consistent, one day I'll be able to say, 'Can you believe that? I _____________.'"

I love your post! I want to add to it: Instead of I'm Trying, say I'm Doing, I'm Getting better at, or I'm Focusing on. Instead of Should, say Could. Instead of I Can't, say I Won't or I Choose not to. Instead of Need to, say i Want to. Instead of I Have To, I Get To The way we speak influences our subconscious which is responsible for 90% of our results.
🏆 #WINS FRIDAY 🏆
Happy Friday, Champions! Before we rush into the weekend, let’s take a moment to recognize something important: Progress. Too often, people focus on what they haven’t done yet instead of celebrating how far they’ve come. Success isn’t built in one giant breakthrough. It’s built through small victories, consistent effort, and the decision to keep moving forward. No win is too small. Maybe you: ✅ Completed a workout ✅ Finished a project ✅ Read a chapter of a book ✅ Had a difficult conversation ✅ Took action on a goal ✅ Kept a promise to yourself ✅ Made progress where you were once stuck Every win matters. 🏆 WIN FRIDAY CHALLENGE Comment below with: 🎉 Your biggest WIN from this week 💡 One LESSON you learned this week 🎯 One thing you’re looking forward to accomplishing next week 🤝 PAY IT FORWARD: Take a moment to like and encourage another Champion’s win. Let’s celebrate progress, learn from each other, and finish this week strong. Remember: Champions don’t wait until the finish line to celebrate. They recognize and appreciate the progress made along the journey. Have an incredible weekend, Champions! 🏆

@Robyn Scott Man Talk is a monthly event where men work on personal development based on that month's topic. We start with a pot luck dinner, then warm up exercises (emotional, not physical) then an interactive presentation, ending with a discussion to debrief/process. It's good for men to get together and to support each other.
Awesome Audiobook
Hey Everyone! As I've been listening to books lately, I thought it would be good to go back to a classic self help book. "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Steven R. Covey. It's been about 3 or 4 years since I last went through it and I have to say, I'm glad I picked it up again. The simple layout how Steven helps go from dependence to independence to leveling up to interdependence is incredible. I've always put pride in saying I'm an independent person. But listening to him again, it's humbled me a bit to realize I don't have to do this all alone. And actually shouldn't do this all alone. Ever seen a Fortune 500 company with 1 employee? Yeah, me neither. Everyone has strengths and brought together creates some pretty awesome stuff. What about you? What's a great book that you've read lately?

I'm currently listening to "The Let Them Theory" by Mel Robbins. It has already earned it's place on my "Books I recommend list."
